Not at this time. Kelly Maglia Couture is solely online.
How soon can I expect my order?
Orders are processed within 2 business days after the order is received. this does not guarantee the parcel will be delivered at that time. Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with signature confimation, which is usually a 2-5 day service to anywhere in the US.
You should expect your order to arrive:
IN-STOCK ITEMS 1-2 weeks
BACK-ORDERED or SPECIALTY ITEMS 2-6 weeks
Why do orders take so long to ship?
Many of our garments are hand-made by our dedicated seamstresses in Los Angeles. This process takes time, but it ensures that each garment is made with care and precision. Our garments are also made of specialty fabrics, which can sometimes take time to receive. If there is ever a considerable delay to the production of your garments, we will alert you before your order is processed and you will have the option of a complete refund.
Do you charge sales tax?
We charge sales tax for all orders shipped to locations in California at the state rate of 8.25%. International customers are responsible for all import/export documentation, duties, and tariffs.

How can I place an order?
You can place an order online using our secure PayPal system. Simply browse our "Couture Off The Rack" section for our full catalog.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
What if my garments don’t fit?
You are welcome to exchange any unworn, undamaged items. We must receive your returned items within 30 days of you receiving your shipment. Once we receive your returned items, you then have 6 months to choose alternative items or sizes. If you choose an alternative item with a different price you will either owe the balance at the time of the exchange or we will hold your credit for 6 months. Original tags must be attached. Original receipt must accompany the returned package. Exchanges are treated as new orders, so please allow up to 6 weeks for processing and re-delivery. There are no refunds.
